The (Short) Story of SW1 in Toronto – Part 1
Monday, September 17th, 2007Well, here it is at 1:03 a.m.
An incredible experience for me as I knew very few people from the IT/startup community before I saw the article in Tech Crunch about the Boulder Startup Weekend. A few colleagues and I were just at the talking stage about launching Innovation Toronto as a facilitator for innovation in the GTA. Our site wasn’t up, our building was supposed to be mothballed until at least next month if not December and we had 2 other major community projects in play.
And then fate stepped in . . .
Watch for the story of SW1 from the experiences of the people who were here coming very soon – once we all get some sleep
Lessons learned, lessons learned, eyes closing.
And best wishes to everyone in Hamburg for your kind wishes. The best of luck to you – really looking forward to your success.
New York is next on this side of the pond. Best wishes from all of us at SW1.
